2. Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on 122bet. Creating an account with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed without notice.

One Person, One Account

Each individual may only create one account. If a person is found to have created multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Multiple accounts created from the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as duplicate accounts.

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
• If KYC verification documents are requested, they must be submitted within 7 days.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

122bet is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If a minor is found to have created an account, that account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

Residents of certain countries or regions are not permitted to use 122bet. The list of restricted territories is available through our support team. Knowingly operating an account from a restricted territory may result in the forfeiture of all account balances.

4. Deposit & Payment Terms

122bet supports mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers for deposits. Each method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are detailed on the platform's deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200 (for mobile banking and wallets).
• 122bet does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is completed, your balance is typically updated within a few minutes.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction ID.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, with a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus, bets totalling BDT 30,000 must be placed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Not all games played with bonus funds may count toward the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• 122bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud is suspected.

6. Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal from 122bet. The minimum withdrawal amount and maximum daily limit are listed on the platform's withdrawal page.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days to process.

7. Gaming Policy

9. Account Closure & Suspension

122bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Evidence of false or misleading information has been found.
• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is identified.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• The account has had no activity for an extended period (24 months).

Users may close their account at any time. To request self-exclusion, please contact support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn in accordance with our standard procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

122bet's liability for any financial losses arising directly or indirectly from use of the platform is limited. Gaming is an inherently risky activity, and all wins and losses are entirely the player's own responsibility.

• 122bet is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• 122bet bears partial liability for failures by third-party payment gateways.
